寫郵件的格式：
1.信頭：指發(fā)信人的地址和日期。寫在信紙的右上角，可以從靠近信紙的中央寫起。信頭上面要留空白。先寫發(fā)信人地址。地址的寫法與漢語不同，要先寫小地方，后寫大地方。在地址的下面寫上日期。日期的順序是：月、日、年，或者：日、月、年。例如：may 17 XX。在年份之前有一個逗號。
2.稱呼：指對收信人的稱呼。寫在信頭之下，從信紙的左邊開始。寫信給熟悉的人，一般用dear…或my dear…作稱呼。如：dear li lei，dear miss thomas或my dear dad.
3.信的正文：指信的主體部分。從稱呼的下一行段頂邊寫。從第二段起每段個詞都縮進3或5個字母寫。
